How to Book

Reserving dates:
If you would like to reserve dates please follow the following instructions:

  1. Check the Availability & Rates and identify the dates you would like to reserve
  2. Tick each box in the 'Reserve' column beside the dates you wish to book. Note: If you wish to book a range of dates (ie: over a 2 or 3 week period, tick all the boxes which apply
  3. Next, click the link 'click here to add your details' at the top of the chart and fill in your name, email address and contact telephone number and then click the 'Submit your details' button. Note: Please make sure you use a valid email address as we need this to confirm your reservation.
  4. That's it! We will receive your booking request and contact you within 3 days to discuss the booking in further detail.

Payment
A cheque to the value of 50% of the total fee is payable immediately and must be received by us within 1 week of the initial booking. If you have booked within 4 weeks of the start date, full payment will be required. If the cheque is not received within the stated period, we will assume you have changed your mind and the dates will revert back to available. Obviously if there is a genuine reason why the cheque has not arrived (ie: postal strike!) we will keep the dates booked for you for a mutually agreed period beyond the 7 days.

The balance will due on or before 4 weeks before the start date. You will be sent a reminder by email 1 week before the balance is due. Once we have received the balance a welcome pack will be emailed through to you giving you all the details you need to enjoy your stay at Can Xaloc.

Of course you are welcome to pay the full balance when you confirm your booking, whereapon we will send out the welcome pack immediately.
