Can Xaloc is to be found in the most private and peaceful setting at the far end of the exclusive San Tomeu private estate. The main entrance is reached via a short flight of steps from the parking area and over a most spacious upstairs terrace. Part of this terrace is open and well furnished for relaxing in the sunshine, whilst the second part is covered and houses the dining table and barbeque.

Once inside the house you cannot help but be impressed with the lovely feel that the villa exudes. An elegant hall leads into the formal lounge, which is compact but comfortably furnished and has feature fireplace and ceiling fan. Off from one end is the small TV room with satellite facility (limited freeview Sky channels).

Stairs from the main hallway lead down to the ground floor and three further bedrooms. The first of these is a simply furnished twin in pine with shower room and WC adjacent. The second a twin, which has patio doors onto the garden and full bathroom en-suite. The final bedroom is a compact double, again furnished in pine and this has large patio doors onto the garden and shower room with WC adjacent. There is also a washing machine located in the garage for your added convenience.

Outside the house is set in over five acres of natural vegetation, lawns and terraced tropical gardens. The 12 metre pool has roman steps into a shallow end for children. Beside the pool sits a new covered luncheon/dining area with outdoor speakers.
